Sierra Nevada Masters Workouts

If you’ve been checking this page for new workouts, I, the webmaster, apologize for not keeping up. It became very time-consuming to produce the Excel files from which the PDFs were generated. I’ve continued to collect the workouts but will now post them as PDF versions of the photos I receive from the coaches. Understanding Nenad’s workout presentation takes a little study. For some hints, check some of the Excel files from 2021 and 2022. I will post the workouts in reverse chronological order starting with the most recent month.

The Sierra Nevada Masters workouts are updated on a regular basis. Check back monthly for new workouts. The workouts are offered as downloadable Excel and PDF files. The PDFs present the month’s workouts on a separate page for each day. The Excel files can be modified to accommodate a different workout length. All the workouts are timed to be completed in 1 hour 30 minutes. The workouts provide time for extra rest between sets (rest period lengths aren’t specified but the total time to complete all the sets in the workout is specified). You can open the Excel files using either the Firefox or Microsoft Edge browsers. Google Chrome requires an extension called Chrome Office Viewer. You can use Office Viewer for Safari to view the Excel files in the Safari browser.
