MEET ENTRY CAP: Due to facility limitations, this meet must be completed by 3:00 pm. Entries will close when the timeline for the meet reaches 3:00 pm, even if the entry deadline has not been reached. To aid in this process, there will initially be a limit of 125 entries. However, at 115 entries, a timeline will be created to evaluate if more entries can be accepted and stay within the timeline.

TIMING ASSIGNMENTS: The meet hosts will provide timers.

LOCATION: Moana Springs Community Aquatics & Fitness Center, 240 W Moana Lane, Reno, Nevada 89509. The pool is located in Reno, Nevada, ~40 minutes away from Lake Tahoe.

DIRECTIONS: When traveling on I-580 from either North or South, exit at the Moana Lane off ramp and head west (toward the Sierra Nevada Mountains). Turn left at Baker Lane, the first light past South Virginia (a major throughfare). The pool will be on the right.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: The facility has free parking.

FACILITY: Indoor 25-yard by 50-meter pool with up to 10 lanes for competition. We will use 6 to 7 lanes for competition with an additional 2 lanes LCM that may be available for warm up/cool down throughout the competition (with at least one unused buffer lane between competition and warm up/cool down lanes). The competition pool was opened in August 2024. The minimum water depth in the competition course as measured in accordance with Article 106.2.3 is at least 7 feet at the start end and 3 feet 6 inches at the turn end (long course meters). The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. The copy of such certification is on file with US Masters Swimming. The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times can be submitted for world records, USMS records, and USMS Top 10 consideration.

ALTITUDE: The Moana Spring Facility lies in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The altitude is ~4,400 feet. USMS altitude adjustment time for Nationals is Article 104.5.3C (1).

TIME: Sunday, June 28, 2026. Warm-up start time: 9:00 am. Meet start time: 10:00 am.

RULES & ELIEGIBILIBY: Current USMS rules will govern the meet. All participants must be age 18 or older as of the last day of the meet and be currently registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Age on December 31, 2026, determines age group for the meet. Foreign swimmers must provide proof of current membership in their country’s Masters Swimming governing body.

ENTRY LIMITS: 6 Events. This meet is Long Course Meters (LCM).

ONLINE ENTRIES: On-line registration at Silver State Masters LCM – June 28, 2026 – Club Assistant. The entry deadline is 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, June 25, 2026, or when the meet reaches capacity under the Meet Entry Cap, whichever occurs first.. No Deck Entries.

ENTRY FEES:
For swimmers age 30+ $50.00 per swimmer flat fee. For swimmers aged 18-29, $30.00 per swimmer flat fee. AAge determination solely for entry fee calculation purposes is as of your date of online registration due to Club Assistant procedures. NO REFUNDS: All entry fees are nonrefundable in the event the swim is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to registered swimmer non participation, cancellation of the event at any time for any reason, or for any other reason not listed.

MAILED ENTRIES: No Mailed entries. Online only.

DECK ENTRIES: No Deck Entries.

CHECK-IN: This is a pre-seeded meet – no check in.

SPLIT REQUESTS: The first split request is free. All other split requests will be $10.00 each. Articles 103.17.3 and 103.18.5 – 103.18.7 in the rule book. Split request forms must be filled out correctly and completely and turned into the Administrative Referee by the end of the meet, with the exception of backstroke splits which must be turned into the deck referee before the event, then retrieved by the swimmer after the event, and completed. All splits should be filled in by the swimmer using the official posted results. Errors on the split request form will result in the split request not being accepted. Each swimmer will be allowed one individual split request per meet for no charge. Thereafter, due to the increased workload on the officials and computer operators, there will be a $10 fee for each split request, excluding relays. Split request fees must be paid in cash.

SEEDING: Events will be swum fastest to slowest. Men and women swim together. No time (NT) entries are not permissible.

PSYCH SHEET: No Psych sheets.

HOSPITALITY: will be provided for all working officials at the meet.

SNACK BAR: There are fast food and sit-down restaurants within a mile of the facility. Current plans include a limited snack bar onsite for attendees.
