The Truckee-Donner Community Pool supports a workout group in Truckee, CA. The group began formal workouts on January 4, 2022 (as a workout group affiliated with Sierra Nevada Masters) at the Truckee-Donner Community Pool (see below). Email or call Lisa Kucera for information about the Truckee masters workout group and visit our FaceBook page (you must join the SNMAT FB group to see all information).

Depending on demand, we may be able to increase the number of workout days each week. Lane use will be organized according to ability to allow all our swimmers to enjoy their workouts.

If you want to participate in the Truckee masters workouts, using the designated lanes, pleae contact Lisa Kucera. If you are interested in US Masters swimming pool or open water competition, you must join US Masters Swimming. Sierra Nevada Masters sends a coach to Masters Nationals pool competitions (short course and long course, the latter depending on location and number of SNM swimmers participating) and you are welcome to affiliate with Sierra Nevada Masters when you join USMS so that you can participate in relays.

The TDRPD charges a fee of $7.50 per workout to cover the cost of coaching. In addition, Truckee-Donner Community Swimming Pool charges for entry and use of the facilities.The fees are paid at the front desk at the pool. Drop-ins are welcome. If you are a visitor and you wish to swim in the designated Truckee masters lanes, please note workout times and check with the front desk at the pool.
