Workout Locations and Times
Sierra Nevada Masters rents pool space from the City of Reno. During the months of September through May, workouts are at the new Moana Springs Pool. Learn more at the Moana Springs website. During the months of June through August we workout at Idlewild Pool. Exact locations and dates vary, so check the Current Workout Schedule section below.

Current Workout Schedule
Schedule effective through late August to early September 2026 we will be at Idlewild Pool (same times):
Monday through Friday, Idlewild Pool, 5:30 am to 7:00 am
Saturday, Idlewild Pool, 6:00 am to 7:30 am
NOTE: poor air quality (150 or greater outdoors) can cause pool closures. We and the city try to be proactive and notify SNM members the evening prior to a workout if the pool is going to be closed or if any workout has been moved from Idlewild to Moana Springs. We will email notices using our Constant Contact email service. If you think you aren’t receiving notices, email Jim Lawrie. Also, watch for Flash Bulletins, a popup on the right side of the home page, on this site.
