At our annual December Holiday Party SNM members donated a total of $15,620 to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada!

Upcoming Moana Pool Schedule Exceptions

Friday, January 9, 2026 – competition pool closed due to an unexpected maintenance emergency involving a broken filter part. The estimated reopen time is Friday (1/9) at 10 am.

Monday, January 19, 2026 – (MLK Day) SNM workout will be 5:30 – 7:00 am

Monday, February 16, 2026 – (President’s Day) SNM workout will be 5:30 – 7:00 am.

2026 USMS Registration Renewal

Local Swim Meet – Sunday, March 1, 2026

SNM has reserved Moana Pool for a short course swim meet on Sunday, March 1, 2026. The swim meet is intended to give our membership an opportunity to get official times prior to the short course championship meets. Proposed schedule of events:

1         500 Free – Mixed (limited to 2 heats)
2         50 Free – Mixed         
3         100 Back – Mixed      
4         50 Fly – Mixed           
5         200 IM – Mixed          

           Break  

6         100 Free – Mixed       
7         50 Breast – Mixed      
8         100 Fly – Mixed         
9         100 IM – Mixed          

           Break  

10       200 Free – Mixed       
11       50 Back – Mixed        
12       100 Breast – Mixed    
13       1650 Free – Mixed (limited to 2 heats)
14       400 IM

We are planning on opening registration on about January 15, 2026. For those of you that may want to swim the 500 or 1000 free events, it may be important to register early as entrees will be limited to two heats for those long-distance events.

2026 Spring Nationals

USMS Spring National Championships are Thursday-Sunday, April 30 – May 3, 2026, in Greensboro, NC.

Local Swim Meet LCM – Sunday, June 28, 2026

Save the date. SNM has reserved Moana Pool for a long course swim meet on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Warmups start at 9:00 am. Meet starts at 10:00 am. More information to follow.

Donner Lake Swim

Save the date. The 45th annual Donner Lake Swim is currently scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026. More information to follow.
